How do I print, save or email my certificates?

You can print, save or email a copy of your certificates by following these steps:

1. Log into with your username and password.

2. From the "My Account" page under the "Tests" header click on the title of the course you wish to print a certificate for.
Note: If you have already converted a test to a certificate it will be displayed under the "Certificates" header and not the "Tests" header.

3. A small preview of your certificate should be displayed with three options "Print" and "Save" and "Email". If you choose "Print" your printers dialog box should open and you should be able to print the full size version of your certificate. If you choose "Save" you will be able to browse to a location on your computer and save a digital copy of your certificate which can be printed at a later date. If you choose email you will be able to enter a email address that you would like a copy of the certificate emailed to. Simply enter the destination email address and click the "Send" button to have your certificate emailed.

Note: If you are having difficulty with your certificate printing full page we recommend that you try the "Save" option to save a PDF copy to a location on your computer then open and print the file in Adobe Reader. You can download the latest copy of Adobe Reader free at

CEUFast is required to maintain copies of your certificates for 4 years. However we do not delete users certificates. You can return at any time to retrieve past certificates.
